Oli Broadhurst

Oli joined DTRE in 2025, having previously worked in the Receivership team at Lambert Smith Hampton and, more recently, in the Investment team at Watkin Jones, one of the UK’s leading Living sector developers, working on land acquisition underwriting, divestment of pipeline assets to institutional and private equity investors, and research projects across the Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation, Co-Living, and Single Family Housing sub-sectors.
