Jamie joined DTRE in 2022 by way of its acquisition of Juniper Real Estate. He now leads the Cambridge office and works in the life science and office sectors across the South East. He focusses on agency and development consultancy and clients include both landlords such as Columbia Threadneedle, Lasalle and Biomed Realty as well as occupier work for the likes of Pfizer, Sanofi and Darktrace.

Originally from Cambridge, he has worked for Allsops and Bidwells and outside work is an avid fisherman.

Matt is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the life science and office sectors and joined DTRE in 2022 to head up the Life Science and Office Agency teams. He has worked in London and Cambridge where he was the Director of Leasing for Blackstone’s BioMed Realty, and was responsible for all leasing, leasing strategy and asset management across the 1,000,000 sft UK portfolio. Outside of work he has played Division 2 National League basketball and is an average skier and worse golfer.

Hannah joined DTRE in November 2018 after two years with Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that she gained a BSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. She works in the Office Agency team, including leasing and investment. It was the opportunity to participate in both aspects that was one of her motivators for joining, together with the chance to work for an agile, fast-growing company. Outside the office Hannah balances her social life with keeping fit, having completed a marathon and the 2018 Property Triathlon.

Simon joined DTRE in October 2012 to set up the Office Agency team. He started his career at Savills in 1999. Today, he works on both investment and leasing, in the M25 and Thames Valley, but also nationally. He specialises in asset management led office investment work with recent examples including The Court Haus in Richmond, Interchange in Croydon, The Bower Stockley Park and 61-63 London Road, Redhill. A motorsport aficionado, Simon has participated in several 24-hour races at the Nürburgring.

Alex has been with DTRE since 2014, joining from Bonsors in Kingston. A member of the Office Leasing team, he specialises in landlord-focused leasing across the South-East. Significant deals he has been involved with include Interchange in Croydon, a 180,000 sq ft space, and Greenwood in Bracknell. It’s all a far cry from a brief earlier career, working on (and presenting) a Gloria Hunniford TV show, when he was just 15 years old.
