Joining in 2020, and based in Manchester, Andrew heads up the North West offering at DTRE. He was previously at JLL with over 15 years’ experience working in the North West market. Tom has been part of the DTRE Midlands and Northern leasing team since August 2016 having previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International. He primary role involves advising Landlord and Developer clients on the leasing of their existing facilities, as well as the acquisition of development sites across the country. Recently Tom has advised on the leasing of 300,000 sq ft at Magna Park Lutterworth at a new record rent for the scheme, negotiating a pre-let of 360,000 sq ft to a modular housebuilder in Leicestershire as well as acquiring 30 acres in Leeds city centre for a developer client.
