Amelia Balkwill

Amelia is the Head of DTRE’s Sustainability Consultancy Team having joined the Industrial and Logistics Capital Markets Team from Colliers in June 2022. On her recent secondment to a leading logistics client, she conducted ESG analysis of over 1,000 operational assets, providing individual decarbonisation pathways in support of the business’ wider Net Zero strategy. Amelia is a member of the RICS and the European Logistics Forum ESG Group. She completed the University of Cambridge’s ‘Sustainable Real Estate’ CISL course in May 2023, having previously completed her Real Estate MSc at the University of Reading in 2018.
