Charlie joined the Alternative Capital Markets team at DTRE in 2024, bringing across 7 years of experience in both operational and fixed lease investments. Charlie’s wide-ranging experience has allowed him to advise key institutional, pension and private equity funds across ground rent, income strips, development fundings and standing investments. He has a keen focus on the Hotel and PBSA sectors which he will look to drive forward at DTRE as the team expands further into the alternative markets. Charlie is a member of the RICS and has a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University.
