Harry Glatman

Harry leads the Alternative Capital Markets team which he set up in 2024 having picked up over £500m of cross-sector instructions in the investment, funding and development space. The Alternative Capital Markets team focuses on the Living Sector which covers BTR, Student and Medical in addition to Office transactions. Harry joined DTRE in 2020 from US Law Firm Greenberg Traurig, where he worked in Real Estate M&A. Having qualified as a Solicitor, Harry saw the opportunity for a progressive move into Real Estate Advisory, allowing him to access commercial transactions at an earlier stage. Previously Harry had also been part of the M&A team at Intercontinental Hotels Group. Harry received his law degree from the University of Nottingham
