Henry Bunting

Henry is a Partner in the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets Team, specialising in the regional industrial market, with a particular focus on the North West and portfolio aggregation strategy/sale. Henry has been at DTRE since 2011 and moved from London to Manchester in 2018, subsequently setting up the DTRE Manchester office with Andrew Lynn. He has extensive experience across all aspects of the industrial market, including logistics, multi-let estates and development. Key clients include St Modwen, ARA Dunedin, Harbert and Vengrove. In addition to his 13 years at DTRE, Henry worked at CBRE London where he completed the graduate programme and then spent 4 years in the National Investment team. Henry is MRICS qualified and also has a Masters in Economics from Aberdeen University and a Real Estate Masters from Reading University.
