Jack Weatherilt

Jack joined DTRE’s Manchester office from Avison Young where he’d previously spent 8 years following the acquisition of WHR where he first began his career.

Jack plays a key role in the leasing team, advising landlord and developer clients on both existing assets and new developments. He has extensive agency experience in the industrial and logistics market and an in-depth knowledge in the processes of dealing with agency matters, with a focus on identifying opportunities to enhance value.

Bringing both experience in delivering strategic advice to clients and a network of contacts from the North West Industrial Property Market supports the growing platform that DTRE has developed in the North.
