Jim is a Partner and Co-Head of the Alternative Capital Markets team, providing advice to clients across the Retail, Living, Logistics and Healthcare sectors. Jim has specialised in Development Projects, Strategic Land & Long income opportunities in the past. Clients include a range of UK Institutions. PropCo's and London Borough Councils. Before joining DTRE in 2024, Jim co-founded Clifton Agency, where he worked for several years. He was also an Equity Partner at CWM previous to this. Jim holds a degree from Manchester University and an MSc in Commercial Property Development from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU).
