Primary Role:

Directing and overseeing the business operations of DTRE. Natalie implements operational strategies, systems, and infrastructure to support the growth and strategic objectives of DTRE. Areas of responsibility include Governance, Compliance and Risk Management.

Highlights:

• Due diligence and management role in the acquisition of Pelham PR by Chime plc

• Played a key role in the Bell Pottinger MBO from Chime plc, working with the management team during the buyout process and implementing operational and change management through integrating six companies.

• Management of infrastructure to scale DTRE from a headcount of 18 to 61 over the last six years

• Growth of the EuroLogix brand.
