Tom joined DTRE in 2013 and is a Salaried Partner in the industrial investmern team. Prior to his tenure at DTRE, Tom worked at Savills for two years in Commercial Valuation after completing the Graduate Training programme. At DTRE, Tom has a particular expertise focusing on analysing income producing opportunities across the UK, with experience dealing with complex portfolios and individual assets, giving Tom a far reaching network of clients. 


Tom received his degrees from University of Sheffield and Oxford Brookes.
