Tom is an Equity Partner and Co-Head of UK Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets, providing advice to clients on all aspects of UK Logistics Capital Markets, specialising in Development Funding and ‘Big Box’ Logistics. Clients include a range of Private Equity firms, Developers and PropCo's. 

Since joining DTRE in 2015, Tom has managed and advised on large-scale transactions, ranging from pan-European portfolios and platform trades to single-asset deals. 

Tom has a BA(Hons) degree in Economics and Politics and an MSc in Real Estate as well as being MRICS.
