DTRE has today announced the appointment of Matt Styles as Senior Surveyor within the Industrial & Logistics Leasing team, based in Manchester and covering the breadth of the North West & Yorkshire regions. It’s the latest hire as the business continues to grow its presence in the regions.
Having launched its regional office in 2020, DTRE’s team has since provided expert investment and occupational advisory services to clients including Blackstone, Canmoor, Panattoni, EQT and Tritax. The business has grown to be one of the largest advisers in the North West industrial and logistics market.
To accommodate the growth of DTRE’s Manchester-based team, the business last year opened a new Manchester office at 49 King Street – a site that has enabled the team to continue to expand.
