DTRE buys Life Sciences firm and makes European push

Alice joined DTRE in May 2017, having spent four years at Cushman & Wakefield where she qualified as a member of the RICS. She is a Partner in the Industrial Leasing team, advising both landlords and occupiers. Her coverage includes much of Southern UK including London, the South East, South Coast and Thames Valley, through to the West CountrySignificant projects have included her recent involvement in the acquisition of 471,000 sq ft in Hemel Hempstead for Brakes Brothers, a pre-let of 88,000 sq ft to Furniture Box in Chippenham on behalf of St. Modwen, the acquisition of 140,000 sq ft in Poyle for SIG and her involvement in a 47 acre land sale in Magor on behalf of Sainsbury’s.
