Joining in 2017, Mark was previously at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years, and at Knight Frank for 12 years before that. Working in the Leasing team, he specialises in representing occupiers, primarily advising retailers such as Sainsburys, Morrisons, Arcadia and Boden on building placement and acquisition. Most recently he was a key player in the acquisition of a southern distribution hub in Hatfield for Marks & Spencer. He was previously EMEA Head of Real Estate at DHL Group, leading a team of 80 handling approximately 3,000 facilities under management in 100+ countries, with an annual capex budget of €1bn+. Paul also plays an important role in developing our long-term strategy in what is a particularly exciting time for logistics. In the last two years, Tom has been involved in several high profile logistics transactions, including the £400m acquisition of the Defender Portfolio for Blackstone, the £470m disposal of the Platform Portfolio on behalf of Prologis and the funding of Amazon, Swindon on behalf of Panattoni for £202m.
