He and Keith Dowley have been business partners since 1995, selling their previous company to CBRE in 2006 and working there for several years before setting up DTRE in 2010. John has been an Equity Partner since 2010, when DTRE was launched. Previously, he was at CBRE where he rose to head of industrial investment and Holley Blake. He has a key role in the industrial investment team, specialising in portfolios and multi-let estate transactions across the UK. David has over 25 years’ experience in both leasing and investment, and has been with DTRE since March 2017. He works in the Industrial team, specialising in all kinds of industrial and logistics capital markets portfolios across the UK. Simon joined DTRE in October 2012 to set up the Office Agency team. He started his career at Savills in 1999. Today, he works on both investment and leasing, in the M25 and Thames Valley, but also nationally. A key Investment Team member, Henry joined DTRE in 2011, after several years at CBRE. His focus is mainly on regional industrial projects, as well as portfolio deals in recent years. Tom joined DTRE in 2013, before which he spent three years with Savills. He’s in the Industrial Investment team and is involved in all aspects of their activities, working with clients right across the UK.
