Simon joined DTRE in October 2012 to set up the Office Agency team. He started his career at Savills in 1999. Today, he works on both investment and leasing, in the M25 and Thames Valley, but also nationally. He specialises in asset management led office investment work with recent examples including The Court Haus in Richmond, Interchange in Croydon, The Bower Stockley Park and 61-63 London Road, Redhill. A motorsport aficionado, Simon has participated in several 24-hour races at the Nürburgring.

Following eight years at Savills, Johnny came on board DTRE in 2014. He specialises in office leasing across London, the Thames Valley and the South-East. Major deals he has overseen have included the letting during construction of 215,000 sq ft at Chiswick Park to Aker Solutions and the letting of Glory Park, Woodburn Green for BAM. In his spare time, Johnny is a highly competitive sportsman, competing in half ironman triathlons, as well as being a keen, skier and snowboarder.

Previously with the CBRE capital markets team, James is now an office investment specialist with DTRE, advising clients UK-wide on acquisitions and disposals. Key projects since joining us in June 2017 have included a £112m deal for L&G for the Aker UK campus in Aberdeen. He also advised Aviva on the £30m acquisition of 100 Bristol Business Park.

Alex has been with DTRE since 2014, joining from Bonsors in Kingston. A member of the Office Leasing team, he specialises in landlord-focused leasing across the South-East. Significant deals he has been involved with include Interchange in Croydon, a 180,000 sq ft space, and Greenwood in Bracknell. It’s all a far cry from a brief earlier career, working on (and presenting) a Gloria Hunniford TV show, when he was just 15 years old.

David has over 25 years’ experience in both leasing and investment, and has been with DTRE since March 2017. He works in the Industrial team, specialising in all kinds of industrial and logistics capital markets portfolios across the UK. His major deals have included the acquisition of a £600m UK-wide industrial platform for Brockton, sold to Blackstone in 2017, and the £320m sale of the Infrared industrial fund, also to Blackstone, in 2018. Outside work, David enjoys golf, shooting, fishing, skiing and motorsport.

Hannah joined DTRE in November 2018 after two years with Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to that she gained a BSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. She works in the Office Agency team, including leasing and investment. It was the opportunity to participate in both aspects that was one of her motivators for joining, together with the chance to work for an agile, fast-growing company. Outside the office Hannah balances her social life with keeping fit, having completed a marathon and the 2018 Property Triathlon.

David is a co-founder of DTRE. He and Keith Dowley have been business partners since 1995, selling their previous company to CBRE in 2006 and working there for several years before setting up DTRE in 2010. His focus is primarily on the Investment team, both in the office and industrial spheres, overseeing relationships with clients ranging from property and equity companies to institutions and high net worth individuals. As well as the UK, David has extensive experience in European markets. Outside work, he is a keen polo player.
