He specialises in all aspects of the Industrial sector, working in investment and development funding. Keith has worked closely with Key clients such as Prologis, Blackstone, Tritax Big Box REIT, Liberty Property Trust, Stoford and Bericote. His interests include skiing and rugby, and he also practises boxing for fitness.

David is a co-founder of DTRE. He and Keith Dowley have been business partners since 1995, selling their previous company to CBRE in 2006 and working there for several years before setting up DTRE in 2010. His focus is primarily on the Investment team, both in the office and industrial spheres, overseeing relationships with clients ranging from property and equity companies to institutions and high net worth individuals. As well as the UK, David has extensive experience in European markets. Outside work, he is a keen polo player.

David has over 25 years’ experience in both leasing and investment, and has been with DTRE since March 2017. He works in the Industrial team, specialising in all kinds of industrial and logistics capital markets portfolios across the UK. His major deals have included the acquisition of a £600m UK-wide industrial platform for Brockton, sold to Blackstone in 2017, and the £320m sale of the Infrared industrial fund, also to Blackstone, in 2018. Outside work, David enjoys golf, shooting, fishing, skiing and motorsport.

DTRE was founded in 2010 and Richard joined soon after. With Mark Webster, he jointly runs the Industrial Leasing team. He is closely involved in all deals in this space, including the largest UK airport pre-let to date - a 210,000 sq ft Heathrow let to dnata. He also worked on the first deal to hit £6 per square foot in North-West England – to Amazon, at Omega, Warrington. Originally from Wetherby, Richard plays football and cricket, and in 2018 ran the London Marathon, raising £7k for charity.

Joining in 2017, Mark was previously at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years, and at Knight Frank for 12 years before that. Working in the Leasing team, he specialises in representing occupiers, primarily advising retailers such as Sainsburys, Morrisons, Arcadia and Boden on building placement and acquisition. Most recently he was a key player in the acquisition of a southern distribution hub in Hatfield for Marks & Spencer. Mark is a former Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society, and is a Northampton Saints season ticket holder.

Tom has been part of the DTRE Midlands and Northern leasing team since August 2016 having previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International. He primary role involves advising Landlord and Developer clients on the leasing of their existing facilities, as well as the acquisition of development sites across the country. Recently Tom has advised on the leasing of 300,000 sq ft at Magna Park Lutterworth at a new record rent for the scheme, negotiating a pre-let of 360,000 sq ft to a modular housebuilder in Leicestershire as well as acquiring 30 acres in Leeds city centre for a developer client.

Away from work, Tom is still playing regular rugby and enjoys skiing and watching live sport.

Jamie joined DTRE in 2013 after achieving a Masters in Management at Warwick Business School and a BSc in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes. He is part of the Industrial Leasing team, covering the Midlands and South-East.

Notable deals include agreeing a deal with Mercedes Grand Prix to relocate their wind tunnel to Silverstone Park, agreeing a 132,000 sq ft letting to Aston Martin in Wellesbourne and a 72,000 sq ft pre-let to Spire Healthcare PLC in Worcester. Jamie is a keen skier and golfer.

Alice joined DTRE in May 2017, having spent four years at Cushman & Wakefield. She is part of the Industrial Leasing team, undertaking both landlord and occupier work and her coverage includes much of the Southern UK, from East London through to the West Country and Wales.

Significant projects have included agreeing a 140,000 sq ft letting to Berryworld Ltd in Northfleet, a 54,000 sq ft letting to Marston’s PLC in West Thurrock and her involvement in a 47 acre land sale in Magor on behalf of Sainsbury’s. As an accessories connoisseur, Alice caused much amusement when her first deal at DTRE involved a handbag company.

One of his most significant deals was the £320m Powerhouse disposal for InfraRed Capital Partners. He has also advised on four off-market ‘swap’ deals for SEGRO Plc. John lives in Hertfordshire and is a keen cyclist and skier.

A key Investment Team member, Henry joined DTRE in 2011, after several years at CBRE. His focus is mainly on regional industrial projects, as well as portfolio deals in recent years. Key projects have included the Woodside Industrial Estate in Dunstable, a £183m disposal, making it one of the biggest multi-let industrial sales ever. He also played a lead role in the £320m Powerhouse portfolio sale to Blackstone. Originally from Belfast, Henry once saw fellow countryman George Best play live. He also organises the annual DTRE overseas cycling trips.

He’s in the Industrial Investment team and is involved in all aspects of their activities, working with clients right across the UK. Tom sits in the investment team, specialising in development funding as well as the disposal and acquisition of 'Big Box Logistics'. Clients include EQTExeter, Blackstone, Ares, Hines, Tritax, M7Oxford, Cabot and Prologis.

In the last two years, Tom has been involved in several high profile logistics transactions, including the £400m acquisition of the Defender Portfolio for Blackstone, the £470m disposal of the Platform Portfolio on behalf of Prologis and the funding of Amazon, Swindon on behalf of Panattoni for £202m. Tom is a member at Burhill Golf Club and is a notorious '3-putter'.
