Joining in 2017, Mark was previously at Cushman & Wakefield for 12 years, and at Knight Frank for 12 years before that. Working in the Leasing team, he specialises in representing occupiers, primarily advising retailers such as Sainsburys, Morrisons, Arcadia and Boden on building placement and acquisition. Most recently he was a key player in the acquisition of a southern distribution hub in Hatfield for Marks & Spencer. Tom has been part of the DTRE Midlands and Northern leasing team since August 2016 having previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International. He primary role involves advising Landlord and Developer clients on the leasing of their existing facilities, as well as the acquisition of development sites across the country. Recently Tom has advised on the leasing of 300,000 sq ft at Magna Park Lutterworth at a new record rent for the scheme, negotiating a pre-let of 360,000 sq ft to a modular housebuilder in Leicestershire as well as acquiring 30 acres in Leeds city centre for a developer client.
